Border Patrol Agent Alejandro Dominguez Sexually Exploited a 13-Year-Old Girl

Alejandro Covarrubias Dominguez was a U.S. Border Patrol agent assigned to the Tucson Sector.

He was 34 years old when investigators uncovered his relationship with a 13-year-old girl.

They had initially met at a family event. Afterward, Dominguez exchanged messages and photographs with the child through cell phones and Facebook.

Then it became physical.

Investigators determined that Dominguez traveled to California and had two in-person encounters with the 13-year-old.

Her mother discovered the relationship and contacted law enforcement.

Dominguez was arrested in 2014 on seven felony counts and resigned from U.S. Customs and Border Protection shortly after the investigation began.

In 2015, he pleaded guilty to two counts of lewd acts on a child under 14. Additional charges were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.

His sentence was three years in California state prison, and he was required to register as a sex offender.

She was thirteen fucking years old.

He was 34.

That wasn't a “relationship.” She was a child, and he was the grown man sexually exploiting her.
