David Michael Teresinski Was Convicted of Sexual Assault. He Served Five Years.

David Michael Teresinski of Three Lakes, Wisconsin, was convicted in 2020 of third-degree sexual assault.

He was sentenced to 10 years, divided between five years in prison and five years of extended supervision.

Teresinski completed the incarceration portion of his sentence and was released in September 2025 to begin supervised release.

He remains a registered sex offender and is currently subject to strict restrictions involving contact with minors. His supervision conditions prohibit him from having contact with anyone under 18 unless specifically authorized and supervised.

His sex offender registration is currently scheduled to continue until October 2045.

The sentence may have been ten years on paper.

The time actually spent behind bars was five.
