Former ICE Deportation Officer Jeremy Wayne Brown Was Charged With Sexually Abusing an 11-Year-Old Girl

Former ICE Officer Jeremy Wayne Brown Was Accused of Sexually Abusing an 11-Year-Old Girl

Jeremy Wayne Brown was a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement deportation officer in Donna, Texas when he was arrested in August 2017 on allegations involving an 11-year-old child.

According to the criminal complaint, Brown allegedly forced the girl to touch his penis under the guise of receiving massages. Authorities said the alleged abuse occurred between February and June 2017.

The child's mother reported the allegations in July.

Investigators searched Brown's home and said they discovered evidence corroborating parts of the investigation. Brown was subsequently arrested and indicted on five counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, a second-degree felony in Texas.

In December 2017, Brown pleaded not guilty to all five counts.

The information available here does not establish what ultimately happened to those charges. Without a documented disposition, this entry should not describe Brown as convicted or state the allegations as established fact.

But the accusation itself was extraordinarily serious: a serving federal deportation officer was accused of repeatedly sexually abusing an 11-year-old child over a period of months.

Until we have the final court outcome, that's where the fucking record has to stop.
