Former Police Officer William Paskey Faces Seven Rape Charges Involving Seven Women Over an Alleged 11-Year Pattern.

Former Police Officer William Paskey Is Accused of Raping at Least Seven Women Over 11 Years

William Paskey spent years working as a police officer in Delaware and Maryland.

Now prosecutors say that during those same years, he was sexually assaulting women.

The investigation began after a woman reported that Paskey sexually assaulted her during a September 2022 off-duty encounter. She said she had met him through a dating app and gone to his home.

Paskey was arrested in May 2026.

Then investigators kept digging.

On September 7, 2026, a Delaware grand jury indicted him on seven counts of second-degree rape.

Prosecutors allege Paskey sexually assaulted at least seven women between 2014 and 2025, an alleged pattern spanning more than a decade.

According to the Delaware Department of Justice, Paskey allegedly connected with women through dating apps, invited them to his home, and then committed nonconsensual sexual acts.

During much of that period, he was working in law enforcement.

Paskey served with several Delaware departments, including Dagsboro, Ellendale, and Blades, before becoming an officer in Ridgely, Maryland. He was laid off from the Ridgely Police Department in 2024 when the town downsized and later disbanded its police force.

Paskey has not been convicted, and these charges remain allegations unless proven or admitted in court.

Investigators also believe there may be additional victims and have continued asking people with information to come forward.

Seven women.

Eleven years.

Multiple police departments.

If prosecutors prove these allegations, the question won't only be what William Paskey did. It will be how a man accused of doing it for more than a fucking decade kept moving through law enforcement agencies.
