15-Year-Old Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr. Faces Seven Felony Charges in Georgia Sexual Assault Case

Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., the 15-year-old son of former NFL player Kroy Biermann and reality television personality Kim Zolciak, is facing seven felony charges involving the alleged sexual assault of another minor.

A Georgia grand jury indicted Biermann in September 2026 on charges including aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, false imprisonment, and three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16.

The charges stem from allegations involving a classmate at a Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia, on April 23, 2026. According to the allegations, the assault occurred inside a locked changing room.

Biermann had been arrested in August and spent more than a month in the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center before being released on a $200,000 bond.

A judge imposed unusually strict conditions while the case proceeds. Biermann is under 24-hour house arrest with electronic monitoring, must attend school virtually, cannot use a cellphone or social media, and was required to surrender his passport.

He is also prohibited from having contact with children age 16 or younger, including his own minor siblings, and cannot visit or stay at their home.

The investigation is reportedly continuing. Prosecutors have sought private interviews with other unidentified minors as they investigate whether there may be additional alleged victims or evidence.

Biermann and his defense have denied the allegations. He has not been convicted, and because this is a pending criminal case involving a juvenile defendant, the distinction between accusation and established fact is especially important.

A child is accused of sexually assaulting another child. Seven felony charges are now pending, and a court will determine what can actually be proven. The minor who reported the alleged assault deserves privacy, dignity, and to never become fucking entertainment because the accused happens to have famous parents.
