Manuel Ramirez Charged With Secretly Recording Under a Woman’s Clothing at Texas A&M Football Game

Manuel Ramirez Is Accused of Secretly Recording Under a Woman’s Clothing at a Texas A&M Football Game

Manuel Ramirez was arrested on September 5, 2026, during a Texas A&M football game at Kyle Field in College Station, Texas.

According to arrest records, off-duty Bryan police officers working security at the stadium were alerted after a witness reported seeing Ramirez take nonconsensual video underneath a woman's clothing, specifically beneath her shorts.

Officers quickly located Ramirez near a handicap-accessible ramp inside the stadium and placed him under arrest.

The 61-year-old was charged with invasive visual recording, an offense involving photographing or recording another person's intimate areas without their consent.

The information available here describes an arrest and criminal charge, not a conviction. Ramirez is entitled to the presumption of innocence unless the charge is proven in court.

But this case also demonstrates why bystanders fucking matter.

A woman was allegedly being secretly recorded underneath her clothing in a crowded football stadium. Someone saw it. Someone spoke up. Police were alerted, and a man was arrested. Sometimes accountability begins with one person refusing to look the other way.
