Stephen Togle Is Accused of Raping and Sexually Abusing a Minor

Stephen Togle of Cincinnati, Ohio, is facing multiple felony sex-crime charges involving a minor.

The 57-year-old was arrested on September 24, 2026, after investigators alleged that the abuse occurred on multiple occasions over approximately four months, between October 2025 and January 2026.

According to court and booking records, Togle has been charged with two counts of rape, three counts of sexual battery, and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Following his arrest, a Hamilton County judge set Togle's bond at $4 million. He remained in custody as the criminal case proceeded.
