Supervisory Border Patrol Agent Jason Davis Sexually Exploited a 5-Year-Old Child. He Got 15 Years.

Jason Christopher Davis wasn't simply a Border Patrol agent.

He was a supervisor with the U.S. Border Patrol in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Then investigators discovered that he had sexually exploited a 5-year-old child.

Following an investigation involving Homeland Security Investigations, the DHS Office of Inspector General, and local police, Davis was arrested in May 2018.

In October 2018, Davis pleaded guilty in federal court to production of a visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

He admitted that on May 17, 2015, he recorded a pornographic video of a 5-year-old child and stored it on his laptop.

A child who was five fucking years old.

On April 7, 2021, a federal judge sentenced Davis to 15 years in federal prison.

After prison, he must serve 20 years of supervised release and register as a sex offender for life.

The legal terminology calls it “production.”

What that means in the real world is that a federal law-enforcement supervisor created a permanent record of a 5-year-old child's sexual exploitation and kept it on his computer.
